How long is implementation?
Implementation typically takes two weeks. During this time we run close to one thousand tests to confirm how our model interacts with your Salesforce environment.
In some cases, for highly custom environments, implementation can take up to a few weeks longer.
Is my data secure with Colby?
Yes! We use common security best practices and build ontop of Google's existing cloud infrastructure to keep your data safe. As added security, your data is encrypted both at rest and in transit.
What permissions does Colby have? Is it safe?
Colby can not delete records; likewise, and large edits require your review before they are pushed into the system. By including manual review and limiting Colby's functionality, it prevents erroneous changes.
Can anyone use Colby?
Yes, but Colby requires that you have access to a Salesforce account. Colby also requires a Salesforce tier with API access. If you don't know whether your organization has this, there is no harm in trying Colby and seeing if it works!
Does Colby save my data?
No, Colby deletes all data after each session. This ensures that your data stays yours and reduces the risk for any data leak or privacy issues in the future.
